Certificate of Insurance (COI) Service – $50

Party Fun Rental offers Certificates of Liability Insurance (COI) to meet venue, hotel, convention center, and trade show requirements. Many locations require vendors to provide a COI listing the venue as Additionally Insured before setup is approved.

For an additional $50, we will coordinate directly with our insurance provider to issue a Certificate of Insurance that includes the venue’s legal name and address exactly as required. This service ensures compliance, avoids delays, and provides peace of mind for both the client and the venue.

• Fast processing once venue details are provided

Important Note:
The $50 fee is charged by our insurance company to add additional insured parties and is required per venue.
